Our patients’ health and safety is of the utmost importance to us.  Please be assured that we are monitoring the American Dental Association (ADA) and Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for healthcare providers.

Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center of Iowa City has always and will continue to implement the following measures to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for our patients and staff:

  •  Treatment room surfaces sanitized before and after every patient visit
  • Common areas, waiting room and restroom surfaces sanitized multiple times a day (including door handles, counters, pens, etc.)
  • All staff wash hands multiple times a day and abide by wash in/wash out protocols.
  • Staff members not feeling well are required to stay home until symptom free x 24 hours without the use of NSAIDS per the CDC recommendation

Our surgeons practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures.

Our staff is trained and equipped to provide IV general anesthesia within our state of the art office setting.
